Since the 1850s, American audiences have learned about news events through images in newspapers. The Columbus Museum owns more than 250 photographs from the archives of the Ledger-Enquirer, the city’s longest-running newspaper. This exhibition highlights the many stories told through the faces and places of the Chattahoochee Valley, as captured by Ledger-Enquirer photographers.
