Celebrate the seasons with our family festivals featuring art activities, performances, and cultural experiences that engage the whole family.

The Hardaway Gallery has some new items and returning favorites in this new display: `Art + Disability`! ✨
Artists with disabilities have always been part of American art, but their stories haven’t always been fully told. This installation draws from COMU’s permanent collection to highlight some of the many contributions disabled artists have made, while offering a broader picture of their lives and work.

We invite you to spend time with these works and discover the complexity, and innovation they bring to COMU!

This month, Dr. Jonathan Walz will be joined by Libby Bischof, Professor of History and University Historian at the University of Southern Maine and Executive Director of the Osher Map Library and Smith Center for Cartographic Education, as they talk about one of our newest exhibitions: `Vacationland: American Artists in Maine.`
